DivisionsThe Industrial Division develops its major activities in the manufacturing of autoparts, plastic and rubber products, and agricultural tools in Colombia, Ecuador and Venezuela.
It engages mainly in the distribution of light and heavy vehicles, for transportation, construction, earthmoving and mining activities; it provides support services in all its lines, with spare parts and specialized service shops. It also distributes autoparts and tires.
The Construction Division develops industrial, commercial and housing projects.

Consistent with the innovative spirit of our founders, the Group is constantly updating manufacturing systems and procedures with the purpose to optimize production processes and to comply with the highest standards and quality requirements for all its products. As a result, the company’s products are certified under national and international certificates of approval, which attest to the quality level in the selection of raw materials, design, manufacturing and distribution.
Our participation in economic growth has been rewarded with an increase in our exports over the past years and our products are now available on the markets of over 32 countries in five continents.
