Since the beginning, the Group has been very much aware of its social responsibility to Colombia. This philosophy of social commitment goes further than just compliance with the laws, rules and regulations in each country; it means active and voluntary involvement in efforts seeking social, economic and environmental improvement in every country where the company operates.

Health and Recreation

With the purpose of preserving and improving the general health and physical conditions of its employees, the Chaidneme Group constantly implements prevention programs and physical conditioning routines, as well as the creation of emergency and first-aid brigades. For recreation purposes, the Group promotes various sports and cultural activities, with the objective of strengthening the bonds among the different members of the working community, and also with clients and suppliers.
